NPO vows to improves lives of the needy, elderly and drug addicts

Yehla Ngelosi an NPO in Burgersfort is eager to improve the lives of the needy, the elderly and drug addicts. On Tuesday, the organisation held a fun walk, and also opened a soup kitchen in Burgersfort’s Ext 10.
The fun walk’s saw the elderly walk from Burgersfort Toyota to Ext 10. They also participated in aerobics.
“We previously opened a soup kitchen at Mashamothane, and we are putting final touches on having another at Burgersfort Ext 10. We are targeting nyaope drug addicts; we want to help them in quitting the drugs and assist them to get help at rehabs.
“If we can have them at one place, we will easily help them quit the drugs,” she added.
Yehla Ngelosi caters for over 100 people. “. The elderly also participate in activities that improve their health.”
