SAPS plead for assistance in finding missing women

The community members of Lebowakgomo policing precinct are urged to assist in locating two missing women. A 27 year-old lady, Julia Mokgaetjie Ledwaba went missing on Saturday 01 January 2022.
The victim resides at Ga-Ledwaba village and she was allegedly last seen by her brother, France Ledwaba before leaving from Motantanyane village after visiting him.
She informed him that she is going back to Ga-Ledwaba village but she never reached her destination. Julia was reportedly last seen wearing a blue short jean, white top, maroon and grey tekkies with a blue and black school bag.
Meanwhile, a search operation has been launched by the Lebowakgomo SAPS following the disappearance of a 23 year old mentally challenged woman, Koketjo Thabang Mathibela from Ga-Marishana village.
The victim is reportedly a mental patient and she went missing last year on 27 December after she was admitted for treatment at New Generation Church in Ga-Mphahlele, Lenting village.
According to the SAPS, Koketso allegedly left her room wearing a gown with the intention to use the ladies room when she unexpectedly jumped over the fence and ran away from the premises.
Church members discovered her gown at the fence and she was last seen wearing a khakhi skirt, red and white T-shirt with green sandals. Efforts to locate both victims at relatives and surrounding areas were not successful.
