Jane Furse musician Thabiso Magane who is well-known as MaGa T is making waves within the music industry. This young man from Schoornord was raised in Jane Furse, where he developed the passion for music. In 2019 he dropped two hit songs titled Tsodio Tsodio and Strong Joko which led to winning a Rookie of the year award at the HipHopCares Foundation.
The 24 year old stated that he started writing lyrics in his notepad in 2013 but later gave up due to lack of self-esteem and self-judgment. Luckily his passion drove him back to music where he then dropped his first song in 2018 titled PERMANENT MARK.
With the support from his “hood”, he managed to drop the late Pop Smoke-Dior (MaGa mix)
“This one had all my fans going crazy for days. But now I have a Duo EP by myself MaGa T and MiTLO titled Rato la mmino which is currently making waves on all musical Platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify and Amazon Music,” Said MaGa T.
MaGa T explained that he never encountered any challenges but he is aware of the few that discourage newcomers.
“Getting disrespected by people who have always has bad things to say about you, as well as HipHop beefs. But besides that I would say to all upcoming artists, please know what you want and put your focus on it regardless of any rumors. Whatever you do put all your efforts because people will always talk,” he said.
