Mosoma once again donates to Kgaola

BURGERSFORT

As a norm, Mokutung resident Osilias Mosoma once again donated to Kgaola Secondary School’s pupils prior to the matric exams.
Most local schools started with their final matric exams on October 27. A good Samaritan of Mokutung Village ensured that pupils at Kgaola Secondary School were more than ready for theirs.
Osilias Ndala Mosoma, a former learner, donated stationery to grade 12 pupils.
“I was at Kgaola to wish the pupils good luck, and in particular the matrics, who are busy writing their end-of-year examinations.

“I want these kids to defy the odds and perform miracles in the national senior certificate exams. Education remains a societal responsibility and it takes the entire community to raise a child,” said Mosoma.
He emphasised that learners must desist from substance consumption, sexual relations and loitering in the streets. Their parents should relieve them of some of their household chores during the examinations.  Mosoma gave the delighted pupils gifts, which included sanitary towels, snacks, stationery and much more.

Children in the lower grades also benefited from the donation and received sanitary towels and stationery.

The short session, that was conducted under strict Covid-19 regulations, was attended by representatives from the tribal authority, school management team, educators, local pastors and learners.

School principal Morele Mohlala thanked Mosoma for his good heart, “He never disappoints, for the past  decade he has been ensuring learners are well armed when writing their exams. We thank this man for his generosity and for always supporting our school.”
