Teenage girl and elderly woman go missing in separate incidents
LEBOENG/HLOGOTLOU – The South African Police Service (SAPS) in Leboeng outside Burgersfort have launched search operation following the disappearance of a 76 year-old elderly woman.
According to police the 76 year-old Nanana Sara Masinga from Kgautswane in Makgwareng Village was last seen on 01 April 2021.
Police said the victim’s daughter reported that she left her home mother at home when going to town and surprisingly, when she returned, the elderly woman was not at home.
The daughter then reported the incident to the police and a search operation was immediately conducted in surrounding areas without success. She was last seen wearing a skirt with a purple T-shirt.

Meanwhile, The SAPS in Hlogotlou outside Groblersdal are seeking the public’s assistance on the whereabouts of 13 year-old Simphiwe Mamosadi from Monsterlus.
The teenage girl allegedly went missing on 16 March 2021 after she informed her family that she was going to visit her friends but never returned home and disappeared.
Police search operation was conducted at friends and relatives without success. At the time of her disappearance, the 13 year-old was wearing black tekkies and a black track-suit.
