GA- MAMPURU

After years of performing all over Mzansi, a local artist from Ga-Mampuru, Dennias Mashegwane is bringing his music back to his home, Tubatse. Mashegwane is planning a show titled: ” The home coming, the Afro Dennias Show. His planning to host this music concert in December, at a yet unknown venue in Tubatse. He said he is working with the Village Tourism Trust, Pick ‘N Pay Steelpoort, Dell Ridge, (a wine brand) in organising the event. He seeks many more supporters and sponsors to stage a big and succesful event.
“This is a homecoming show for me. It’s in celebration of all the success i garnered while travelling the country playing music. I am yet to finalise the venue and date for the event but am urging interested lodges, community halls, stadium management in Tubatse, taverns, restaurant and many more business owners that can host the event to engage me.”
He revealed, “The event will be a celebration of music heritage, culture food and wine. We are promoting the flair of culture, good living, the tapestries and the heritage of people of Burgersfort.
“We will be promoting arts. As a disabled person, i am urging people with disabilities to become part of the event. I wish to see some of the disabled perform at the event. The event is also in celebration of the people and their cultures,” said the multi talented artist pianist and percussionist.
Mashegwane said this event won’t be a one man show. “Because i am a versatile artist, I am also inviting artists that play live music, those that can play piano, musical organ, African drums, percussions instruments, bands and many more to honour the event.”
Asked on what Attendees can expect, he said “thunders, rhythm shakers, and good live music.”
Those interested in planning the event with Dennias or seeking to form part or sponsor can can engage Mashegwane on 081 850 3987
