“We are here to congratulate you so that you can be motivated to keep on the good work. The groundwork you did produced good results for our region and we are very proud. We would also like thank our deployees, led by convenor of deployees Cde Phophi Ramathuba. They played their role across the region and they really made positive contribution,” said Cde Bahula.
On the current national situation, Cde Bahula said the National Executive Committee (NEC) needs to be given time and space to deal with the matter. “Ours is to support them and we do trust our NEC, led by President Cyril Ramaphosa. In the region, we have comrades that will be deployed to parliament and legislature, all we have to do is to support them. All of you have different views, let’s come together and be one thing. Let’s continue supporting programmes of our Regional Executive Committee, led by Regional Secretary Cde Tala Mathope. In this journey, we must also learn pray at all times because there are situations that need God’s intervention,” indicated Bahula.
The Acting Regional Chairperson encouraged comrades to practice true politics at all times. “Squabbles and insulting one other is not politics, especially taking on each other on social media. We have right channels and platforms to raise our views,” concluded Bahula.
