Nkuna family pleads for donations

BOTHASHOEK

Nkwana Foundation has pleaded with locals to assist a needy family from Bothashoek in Fetakgomo Tubatse Local Municipality’s Ward 20 . The Nkuna family resides in a poorly built dilapidated RDP house.

The house is in bad conditions and can fall at anytime, the family said the home was built two decades ago and the contractors had used poor and cheap equipment. Eleven family members are forced to sleep in this three roomed RDP house.

This family lack basic needs, there is no foods, children cannot go to school as they have no uniforms.

Family member, Thabiso Senzeni Nkuna said due to family squabbles, they have no identity cards (ID) but he still pleaded for help from the local municipality and Good Samaritans.

“Our parents are at loggerheads and we need them to assist in us getting IDs,” alleged the family member.

Nkwana Foundation’s Melvin Seroka pleaded with locals to lend a helping hand to the family.

” We recently donated clothing to the family, but we have realised they still need some basic needs such as foods and shelter. We are urging Good Samaritans to visit this family to assist.”
