Hospitality programme opens doors for Capricorn TVET students.

PHALABORWA

Twenty aspiring students from Capricorn TVET College in Polokwane Campus have engaged in a hospitality programme honing their culinary skills at the 2025 culinary skills workshop, a highlight of the Marula Festival in Phalaborwa.

The hands-on workshop aims to provide students with the opportunity to gain experience from experienced chefs and industry experts, refining their techniques and gaining confidence in the kitchen while on the other side promoting tourism.

The hospitality management programme is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality sector, including food preparation, hospitality services, and client services.

The students are immersed in a dynamic learning environment, where they are able to showcase their creativity and innovation in culinary arts.

By participating in this workshop, the students are not only enhancing their practical skills but also gaining valuable insight into the latest trends and industry standards.
