Hlokwa La Tsela releases an album
MONSTERLUS – Johannes Marumo, an independent hip-hop music genre artist from Monsterlus, has released his most anticipated album of all times, featuring vocalist Koketso Ngele and the craziest beat-maker DJ Calvin.
Affectionately known as Hlokwa La Tsela, the musician said the album, titled Mmino Vibes, was produced and mastered by his Move Crowed Productions.
“It can be downloaded and streamed on all the available online music stores,” indicated Hlokwa La Tsela who is also an entrepreneur, song writer, videographer and actor and one of the founders of Monsterlus Online Radio Station.
The musician ventured into the industry at a tender age of 15 and became a recorded artist in 2009 in his first studio track before he released his first Extended Play (EP) Limpopo project, with six tracks back in 2018.
He dreams of making it big nationally and world-wide using Sepedi in his musical projects. The hip-hop fanatic has previously worked with Eleven Blacknote, DJ Mar-Ques and Innovation as producers as well as Miz Bee, Juicy, Confidence, Luther Act as vocalists and Thapedi, NK28 Moquan, Myztry and Driller T as rappers.
The artist calls on all aspirant youngsters, especially from rural communities, to use their mother tongues to their advantage and occupy the large unexplored music space.
