FTLM mayor graduates with Honours in Public Administration

Fetakgomo Tubatse’s first citizen, mayor Eddie Maila continues to make education fashionable. Maila has this past weekend achieved another milestone, a qualification in Bachelor of Public Administration (Honours) with MANCOSA.

Maila has received plaudits from his comrades in the ruling party, friends and colleagues at the Fetakgomo Tubatse Local Municipality.

“A true conceptual and revolutionary leader who has fully espoused the notion that, “Education is the great engine of personal development and it is through education that the daughter of a peasant worker can become a doctor and the son of a mine worker the head of the mine”, said Osilias Mosoma, in his congratulatory message on social media platforms.

Maila’s recent qualification is not his first.

He confirmed that he also has a certificate in Project Management (University of Stellenbosch), certificate in Municipal Finance (Wits University), certificate in Local Economic Development (University of Johannesburg) and a Bachelor of Public Administration (MANCOSA).

Maila urged the local youth to focus on education, study hard in order to improve the local economy.
