Bright future ahead for Lesedi-sedi pupils

MOROKE
More than 60 pre- schoolers’ graduated at Lesedi-Sedi Primary school on December 10. The ceremony was attended by the parents, the school’s management team (SMT), board of directors and various guest and motivational speakers.
The graduating learners entertained the audience with dances, poems, plays and lots more. Most of them indicated that they would like to pursue careers in medicine, teaching, nursing and engineering, while some wanted to work in the military and police.
The program director of the day, was Skeem Saam actor Joyce “Majoy” Ledwaba. She also performed some of her hit songs such as Modidi wa Matepe.

Pastor N Manana from Mbombela, also inspired and energised the audience and graduates. He urged the attendees to be dream driven, and to work hard  to achieve their dreams.

A keynote speaker, Dr Richard Hlabishi Lekwadu, a former learner of the school, urged the parents to invest in education.

“The kids are at one of the best schools in Tubatse. Give the school management support to pave a better future for the kids.”Lesedi-sedi caters for more than 60 children. It provides nutritious meals and mental and physical development in readiness for further education and other life challenges

Lesedi- sedi’s CEO PEL Moloto assured the parents their kids are in good hands.

“ We will work hard to transform the kids into better people. We aim to offer them best education and instil discipline in them.”

Lesedi-Sedi will enrol Grade 8 pupils for the first time in 2023.
