Maila donates wheelchair and groceries to a needy family.

RIBA CROSS
The recently inaugurated Mayor of Fetakgomo Tubatse Local Municipality (FTLM) Cllr Eddie Maila continues to do good for his communities. Maila spent most of the festive season donating to the needy and engaging with them on issues affecting them on their daily struggles.

On Friday, Maila continued with his good deeds. The Mayor handed a brand new wheelchair to a disabled four year old boy from Riba Cross. The Mokgethoa family had pleaded with good Samaritans to assist with a wheelchair via social media platforms.

Maila heard their pleas. He not only handed the wheelchair, he also handed groceries to the family. The boy’s mother Zelda Mokgethoa, applauded the mayor for his generosity.

“We are thankful for what Maila has done for the family. This will help my son to move around the yard with ease.”
Maila was accompanied by the Speaker of the FTLM council Cllr Reneilwe Pholwane, local councillors and head of Community Services Release Marwale Radingwana .
