Councillor Kgwedi joins SADA from DA.
BURGERSFORT
The Popularity of the Socialist Agenda of Dispossessed Africans (SADA) in Limpopo is increasing. The party continues to recruit well known politicians in Limpopo.
The latest to join this growing party is the DA Cllr in the Fetakgomo Tubatse Local Municipality Lethabile Joseph Kgwedi. Kgwedi who has been a member of the DA for more than a decade has joined SADA on Monday.
The news was confirmed by SADA’s president Aubrey Ngwatle on Tuesday.
“We confirm that former FTLM’s DA councillor Kgwedi has joined our progressive socialist vehicle, SADA.
“Commissar Kgwedi is one of the finest materials, an erudite scholar and ethical leader who displayed immeasurable love for his people even during his time as a member of the conservatives DA.
“He joined SADA after realising that the DA is on a space of maintaining the status quo of denying indigenous Africans with their land birth right and also the continuous economic exclusion.”
Ngwatle described Kgwedi as a man who values young people.
“He values the lives of young people who are continuously loitering around the streets while both the DA and ANC are playing smart on the issue of poverty, landlessness and inequality.”
Other members who were confirmed as new members of SADA included the former Umkhonto wesizwe (MK) combatant, Mogale Ntobeng (Nyamazane), he is currently appointed as Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality (MLM)’s coordinator. Ronnie Mohlala also joined the party, he will be deployed in the Ward 16 of the Fetakgomo Tubatse.
