The title will be a door to many and help to anyone in need. I will be able to help people and that is all I ever wanted,” He said.
This young man from Burgersfort, Malokela needs votes to go to the next level of the competition. Aubrey who is studying BSc in agriculture (Animal Science stream) was selected to be one of the contestants for Mr South Africa.
Aubrey stands tall in giving a hand to assist; he is working with The Justice Desk that is tackling issues related to gender-based violence, masculinity, and human rights. As a young man in a country that deals with GBV daily, he aims to fight the issue from the root. He encourages people to speak up and exercise their freedom of speech.
He is a role model and a young man that is not shy to give out bits of advice to his peers.
“As a young person, believe in yourself and fight for what you want. Even if you fail, get up and fight again until you get it. Our youth needs to go to school and graduate so they can have something under their name. Give yourself the life title because no one will do it for you,” He added.
