South African youth is making an impact and a trend in helping schoolgirls with sanitary towels. Kabelo Edwin Seota (31) is asking for sanitary towel donations or money to purchase a pack for each young girl.

He said many girls are going through a lot stress during their menstruation periods due to lack of sanitary towels and with his help, many of them will be able to focus on schoolwork than worrying about where they would get sanitary towels.

Kabelo the founder of Ngoaseladi Memorial Foundation, started this NGO last year in March and is ready to make a change in the lives of young girls.

This Good Samaritan from Ga-Mphahlele, Mamaolo has donated to at least three schools already and willing to donate to more this year.

“I have raised 70 packs of sanitary towels already and the aim is to donate to as many schools as possible. I am willing to assist a thousand or 10 000 of our sisters out there who are in need,” said Kabelo.

“I believe that Condoms should be sold while sanitary towels be free because sex is a choice, but periods are not” Said Kabelo.

“Donations of any kind are more that welcome, if by means of cash or packs of sanitary towels”, added Kabelo.

To anyone who would like to assist, you can reach Kabelo on 064 6070 140 or his Facebook page ‘Ngoaseladi Memorial Foundation’.
