Help locate the missing Phatlane
NEBO – The Phatlane family in Brooklyn Village, Phokoane, is appealing to members of the public to help reunite them with one of their own, Simon Phatlane (64).
According to the family and the South African Police Service (SAPS) in Nebo, Phatlane mysteriously disappeared while at the village on 6 January at about 5:00.
Phatlane, who is reportedly mentally disabled, is said to have left home without informing anyone about where he was going and never returned.
The SAPS Nebo has launched a search operation following the disappearance of the 64 year-old man.
Police said efforts to locate him at surrounding areas and relatives did not bear any fruits. The type of clothes he was wearing at the time of his disappearance are not known.
