Bahula dedicates new qualification to people of Sekhukhune

The Executive Mayor of Sekhukhune District Municipality Cllr Minah Bahula has successfully completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration (NQF Level 7) through the Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA). The qualification was bestowed on Sekhukhune’s first citizen on October 7. It was pursued over a dedicated three-year period from 2022 to 2025. It also marks an important and significant milestone in the executive mayor’s commitment to personal growth and effective governance.

This academic achievement not only reflects the executive mayor’s dedication to lifelong learning but also strengthens the leadership capacity within the municipality. The qualification will further empower Bahula to navigate the complexities of public administration and service delivery with improved insight and efficiency.

Receiving the qualification in Randburg, Johannesburg, the Executive Mayor said: 

“I dedicate this academic journey to the resilient community of Sekhukhune and most importantly my family for their support and patience. The qualification equips me to serve with deeper knowledge, integrity, and a renewed sense of purpose.”
