Jane Furse SAPS launched an extensive manhunt for unknown suspects who fatally shot a woman and injured a man during alleged house robbery. The incident took place in the early hours of Friday, 31 May  at a rental property in Ngwanamatlang village.

Preliminary reports indicate SAPS received an emergency call at about 01:50, reporting a shooting incident at a rental property.
“Upon arrival, they discovered the lifeless body of a female victim in her later 30s, who appeared to have suffered multiple fatal injuries in one rented room. Additionally, another foreign national male occupant of the property in his late 40s was found severely injured and was immediately rushed to the hospital for urgent medical treatment,” revealed Limpopo SAPS spokesman Colonel Malesela Ledwaba.

The identity of the deceased will be released in due course. The case was transferred to the Provincial Murder and Robbery for further investigation.
