MMC Nchabeleng laid to rest

The Sekhukhune District Municipality (SDM) is still mourning the death of Thokozile Pinky Nchabeleng, Member of Mayoral Committee (MMC). Nchabeleng was laid to rest this past weekend at Ga Nchabeleng village.

Nchabeleng  passed away  last Wednesday after a short illness. She  was appointed as MMC after the 2016 local government elections.

At the SDM, Nchabeleng, was responsible for the Community Services portfolio. Executive Mayor  Keamotseng Stanley Ramaila expressed his condolences to the family.

“MMC Nchabeleng was a dependable public servant who had dedicated her life to working for the betterment of services the people of Sekhukhune deserve. We sympathize with her family, friends and everyone else who was closer to her,” said Ramaila.

He reiteraited that they have lost a good leader in Nchabeleng.
