Local man excel in art

Mhlanga Bonginkosi 31 possesses a unique talent.

He is the master of fine, visual arts, graffiti and paintings. The man from Mandagshoek believes he is one of the best in the art industry.

Speaking to Sekhukhune Times the talented man said his love of drawing started during his early school days.

“I started drawing since my days at primary school, but my love of art increased when growing up.”

He remembered looking at the illustrations on the inside of colouring books and realised, “I could create things myself rather than just colour inside the lines. I also drew portraits of my friend and relatives.”

Mosa Malesa as he is known, said people all over Fetakgomo Tubatse Local Municipality are supporting him by buying his designs.

“My big challenge is that I don’t have enough materials to proceed with my designs. I need items such as brushes, paints, boards and other stuff used by designers in this field,” he told this publication.

Director of LED in Fetakgomo Tubatse Katlego Shongwe said Mosa’s paintings were excellent.

“We will try by all means to assist him in achieving his dreams and reaching greater heights. He needs more support, let’s support him with all the materials he needs to succeed. “

Shongwe said they are planning to assist Mosa with the equipment he needs.

“He is talented, with support he will raise the local flag high.”
