GA NKOANA

In a way of doing good to local communities, Fetakgomo  Tubatse Local Municipality (FTLM) ‘s councillor in Ward 35 MJ Ratsoma handed Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) to schools in his ward.

The schools that were lucky to receive the PPEs included Nkwana, Modimolle, and Nkotsane Primary Schools.

Secondary schools such as Maphotle, Morokalebole and Indie also benefitted from the massive handouts.

The educators and the pupils thanked the Good Samaritan for handing over the PPEs.

I had only one mask that I washed everyday .Thanks to Ratsoma, I received my new pairs, “said one of the pupils.

Ratsoma said the safety of learners is important.

“We need our kids to be educated, that’s the reason I volunteered to assist our children.

“Along with social distancing measures which will also be in place, it will hopefully put parents’ minds at rest that their children will be returning to a safe environment.”
