PROGRAM IN MOUTSE! The above matter refers It is noted by the Moutse Residents Committee that the are 5 water tankers trucks that have delivered water to some areas of Moutse after the Minister of Water and Sanitation injected R143 million for water relief in Moutse, and according to the above mentioned institutions water tankers are to continue delivering water to the public of Moutse. The above mentioned institutions are requested to provide a detailed breakdown of how the 5 trucks were monitored, how much has been used in the R143 million relief fund so far, this breakdown will keep the residents of Moutse abreast with developments in the program that was set to benefit them, not individuals. This communique serves to notify the mentioned institution that it has been 3 months since the funds have been injected and water tankers were considered for temporary intervention but after 3 months have lapsed without tangible implementation. We therefore submit to you as the 3 institutions that as the people of Moutse we came to the conclusion that the boreholes are the only remedy to alleviate the dire situation water shortage in our area. The above submission is informed by the previous experience that the people of Moutse have learned with water tankers and it must be known that the above submission is not negotiable and it will be in the interAPest of the people of Moutse to defend it by all costs.
