Mashamothane Village woman disappears, help find her

MASHAMOTHANE – The South African Police in Tubatse outside Burgersfort have launched a search operation following the disappearance of a 19 year-old woman from Mashamothane Village.

The woman, Masefako Kgwete from the area’s Zone 7 allegedly went missing on Thursday, 26 March 2020.

Police said reportedly, Sefako departed from home with the intension to visit her friend at Riba Cross and had since disappeared.

According to police attempts to locate her at friends, families and relatives were not successful to date since the search for her commenced.

It is further alleged that Masefako left home without a phone and bank cards. No one knows the type of clothing she was wearing.

Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe, Limpopo Provincial Police Spokesperson, said the search operation and police investigations were ongoing.
