Five nabbed for murder and violent crimes denied bail

KGAUTSWANE – Five suspects between the ages of 18 and 34 years-old, facing serious and violent charges, were denied bail when they appeared before the Praktiseer Magistrates Court on Friday, 08 May 2020.

The five suspects, facing charges of murder, attempted murder, three counts of business robbery, possession of unlicensed firearm and ammunition, presumed stolen properties and business burglary committed around the Burgersfort area, had their cases postponed to Friday, 15 May 2020 for formal bail application and further police investigations.
