Learners at Derick Kobe aiming for 85 percent pass rate

Derick Kobe Technical School in Lebowakgomo on Tuesday, she motivated the pupils before they commenced with their first paper.
She confirmed that the school has 1435 learners. “264 pupils have registered for the National Senior Certificate exams. This school has 71 educators, the principal has also promised me an 85% matric pass rate,” said the MEC.
She reiterated that the pupils at Derick Kobe were all ready for the exams. “The learners are ready for the exams. I gave each one of them a high five and a hug and wished them luck with their exams! Victory is certain here!”’
Meanwhile the MEC also confirmed that all registered candidates who will be writing the National Senior Certificate have signed a pledge to uphold the principles of honesty and integrity in the examinations. “Hard work pays, not cheating,” she concluded
