The case against two Pakistani nationals accused of killing Kabishi Primary School’s teacher back in December 2018 has been postponed to November.
Precious Magabane’s dismembered body was found by the SAPS in February after his alleged partner pointed to the spots in which they buried her parts. Reports indicated that only the head and intestines were found during the search.
On Monday, two Pakistani nationals, Raza Ali aged 24 and Chema Ashan Fraza aged 28, appeared in the Burgersfort Regional Court for Kidnapping and murdering the 36 year old woman. Magabane is from Ga -Mahlokwane village in the Burgersfort Cluster, just next to Driekop.
The court session was attended by local political parties as well as the ANC Women’s league members. They all called for the suspects to be handed lengthy sentences.
Speaking to the Sekhukhune Times, Limpopo SAPS’ spokesperson Col Moatshe Ngoepe said both accused were denied bail and their cases were postponed to 11 November 2019, for further bail application and police investigation are continuing.
