On Wednesday, Baroka football club announced that they parted ways with Two Mountains sponsor which has a three year successful and mutually beneficial relationship with team.
This has been confirmed by Bakgaga FC chairman Khurishi Mphahlele saying the team would like to officially announce that two mountains will no longer maintain the main sponsorship title for Baroka fc in the next coming season.
Announcing the part ways chairman Mphahlele said Two Mountains have changed strategy and they will embark on opportunities that will focus more on their strategy growth as well as community based projects.
“After three years successful beneficial relationship with Two Mountains, We have jointly made a decision to end the partnership,” said Mphahlele.
He used a chance to inform Bakgaga supporters that they will be adding more players in their team ahead of the 2019/20 Absa premiership season.
The Ga Mphahlele side confirmed that they will be keeping Coach Wedson Nyirenda at the helm and also confirmed that they have parted ways with their main sponsor two mountains.
Bakgaga will be returning for pre-season on Monday 10 June after a mixed 2018/19 season on which they made history and won the Telkom Knockout cup.
Meanwhile the Two Mountains officials realised a statement on twitter announcing a walk away in partnership with Baroka
“Two Mountains would like to express their appreciation of the long standing relationship with the team and their royal supporters who have now become a family to us. We assure you that should an opportunity arise again to engage in the future, we will certainly do so,” said Two Mountains official.
