The executive mayor of Sekhukhune District Municipality Stanley Ramaila together with Makhuduthamaga public officials held a public joint meeting with community of GaPhaahla on 17 April 2019.
Agenda was to outline his Integrated Development Planning (IDP) and to draft the budget of 2019/2020 with the community.
Ramaila is adamant that his party will continue to serve Sekhukhune community at large.
He urged the community to always rally behind his party because he believes it deliver better services.
“We implore you to be patient due to incomplete projects in this municipality. We promise to work on all incomplete projects. We will make sure that no stone is unturned,” said district mayor
Addressing issue of water he said more villages will consider ground water as an alternative, saying there is more demand on available water.
“Ground water is fairly cheap and fast to develop and is virtually at the door of most household,” he explained.
Ramaila said the ground water is potable quality.
