Dusty soccer grounds to reveal talent in the tournaments

Mathibeng sports ground hosted a successful soccer tournament over the weekend after Team Billa FC throttling King Stars FC. The tournament enticed the local teams to partake in the next coming tournament.

According to Team Billa FC coach, Ntobeng Tsari was the first his team won the tournament. “Everything is possible in this world. We are excited to win this tournament and it is the first time this year to win a tournament,” this was Tsari comments after the game.

He said his team would begin to partake in many tournaments to be exposed to other teams. He further thanked the tournament organiser and teams that participated in the tournament as well as the supporters. Team Billa won the game by 2-1.

According to the organiser, Mampa Tefu they believe to produce soccer stars through this kind of tournament. He said the professionals support his initiative because it took away boys from the street.

“This soccer tournament is not about money but we believe soccer starts could come to watch the game so they could find the real talent. Opportunity is very important and professionals sometimes use this type of games to pick up talent. They can find real talent at our dusty soccer grounds,” he said.

He said the tournament went successful and all team were disciplined.
