Help reunite elderly woman with her family

MOHLALAOTOANE – Police in Rakgoadi in the Groblersdal policing cluster are requesting assistance from members of the community in reuniting an elderly woman with her family.

The elderly woman, Mamokhele Marriam Mokeretla, who is said to be originally from Kroonstad Constatia near Sayso house no 3530 last saw her family about eight years ago.

Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe, Limpopo Provincial Police Spokesperson, said according to information provided to police, the last time the elderly woman saw her family was in 2010 while she was employed at St Martin Church in Rosebank, Gauteng province.

Ngoepe said the woman then came to stay in Mohlalaotoane village in 2013.

“Her late parents are Stephen Molefane and Morwesi Rose Mokeretla and her brother is Stoffel Mokeretla who used to stay in Vereeniging at Vuka Street on house no. 452. Her siblings are Lapi, Tshidiko, Serame, Sarah, Mmono Mokeretla,” explained Ngoepe.

Police request anyone with information that can reunite the woman with her loved ones to contact Constable Mathibela at 072 494 6707 or the station at 073 587 2896 or the police emergency toll free number 08600 10111.
