Thabane to fly the Limpopo flag in school’s water competition

After years of trying, the Thabane Primary School will finally represent the Limpopo province in the Baswa le meetse competition. The school has been entering the competition but succumbing at the provincial level.
Thabane ‘s grade six learner Mandela Kgwedi obtained position one, in the poster category at the provincial competitions held in Polokwane last week. This qualified Kgwedi to represent the province in the finals that will be hosted in Pretoria.
The drama team at the school managed to obtain second position. Thabane is not the only school from Tubatse that will be raising the Limpopo flag. Ga Motodi’s Marota Primary will also represent the province in the music category.
