Local businessman, soccer team owner Goden Sekgokgoba not only has the passion for sport. He is also a caring and loving person. Sekgokgoba ensured the people residing at Thusanang Disabled centre have meals this winter.
On Friday, Goden and his brother Prince Sekgokgoba donated an avalanche of groceries to the centre. “We donated groceries that included cooking, maize meals, eggs, fruits and vegetables, various tinned foods as well as soups to keep them warm this winter.”
He says his love for people pushed him to give back. “The centre is situated a few streets from my home, I always see how the people are suffering for basic needs. I saw it fit to dig deep into my pocket and help them,” he said.
The managers at the Thusang centre thanked the two brothers for the groceries. “We are grateful with what was presented to us and we thank the family for opening their hearts and ensuring we have proper meals.”
